NewBorder‘s creative non-fiction editor, Dalel Serda, is spending her summer as a volunteer teacher at Kenya’s Sanata Restart Centre. The center’s mission is to educate Kenyan children and provide them a place to learn, to grow, and to experience themselves in a safe environment.
